Joe Schobert trolls Minnesota

Former Wisconsin linebacker Joe Schobert had some fun last weekend, posting a photo of himself standing outside TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis and referring to it as the Badgers practice facility.

Recruiting saga ends

Officials at St. Xavier High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, apologized in a statement Friday for not letting Wisconsin coaches on their campus to recruit and also vowed it will never happen again.

Another MVP honor for Nolan Groulx

A weekend after taking home wide receiver MVP honors from an Elite 11 regional, Badgers’ commit Nolan Groulx was at it again, earning WR MVP at Rivals 3 Stripe Camp in Charlotte.

Coaches’ contracts extended

Four Wisconsin coaches received contract extensions Friday, including basketball coach Greg Gard. He’s now under contract through May 2023.
