Wisconsin football has the next piece of its 2018 recruiting class.
— Cormac Sampson (@shorty_sampson) May 13, 2017
The 6-foot-5, 230-pound Sampson is not listed in the 247Sports Composite rankings and committed to the Badgers just one day after they offered.
Sampson’s commitment also comes the day after Wisconsin reportedly pulled a scholarship offer from previously committed QB Ben Bryant. Bryant told Scout that Wisconsin took away his offer after he tweeted about receiving an offer from Georgia. Quarterback Chase Wolf remains committed in the Badgers’ 2018 class.
