According to 247Sports, Mullens is the No. 23 strongside defensive end in the nation.
After his announcement, Mullens told Land of 10 why he chose Wisconsin.
“The player, the coaches, and the atmosphere,” Mullens told Land of 10. “I loved it as soon as I visited.”
Mullens is the 10th member of the Badgers’ 2018 class, which ranks No. 23 in the country and No. 7 in the Big Ten.
