Sometimes, it’s important to put aside rivalries for something meaningful.
Take Wisconsin kicker Rafael Gaglianone, for example, who will be wearing No. 27 instead of his usual No. 10 this season in memory of his friend Sam Foltz, according to Wisconsin’s Andy Baggott.
In honor of his good friend, #Badgers kicker Rafael Gaglianone will wear No. 27 in memory of Nebraska punter Sam Foltz this season.

Foltz was tragically killed in a car accident over the weekend that also claimed the life of former Michigan State punter Mike Sadler. Gaglianone’s gesture is a classy one that highlights how friendships transcend even the most bitter rivalries.
