A day after his retirement from the Cleveland Browns, tackle Joe Thomas remained in the news. The former Wisconsin All-American is reportedly eyeing a broadcast career, while the city of Cleveland announced July 3, 2018, has been proclaimed as Joe Thomas Day.
Finding a more natural fit
Senior linebacker Arrington Farrar and junior lineman Garrett Rand have been playing out of position much of their careers. For at least this spring, though, the Badgers are trying to find more natural fits on defense for the two, according to Jason Galloway of the Wisconsin State Journal.

He highlighted a number of games, including former Badgers star Sam Dekker’s legendary performance that earned him a state title in his final high school game.
Wisconsin set for Frozen Four
The Badgers women’s hockey team will face Colgate on Friday night in the Frozen Four. It’s the Badgers’ fifth straight year making it to the final weekend of the season, but they haven’t claimed a national title since 2011.
