Corey Clement is hoping to be the latest Wisconsin running back to hear his name called in the NFL draft, and he will have the chance to impress some scouts on a big stage.
Clement announced Tuesday he received an invite to the NFL combine, which is held from Feb. 28-March 6 in Indianapolis.

Clement rushed for 1,375 yards during his senior season at Wisconsin, including a 71-yard showing with a touchdown in the Badgers’ Cotton Bowl win over Western Michigan on Monday.
Clement, 5-foot-11, 227 pounds, is projected as a third-round draft pick by CBS Sports. CBS ranks Clement as the eighth-best running back and No. 93 overall prospect in the draft class.
If he hears his name called, Clement will become the fourth Wisconsin running back drafted since 2013, joining Montee Ball, James White and Melvin Gordon.
