Ahead 28-3, Wisconsin certainly did not need a lucky break at Camp Randall Stadium against Illinois, but it received one anyway.
With four minutes left in the second quarter, Illinois quarterback Jeff George Jr. lobbed a throw to receiver Malik Turner on the sideline, which was contested by Wisconsin cornerback Sojourn Shelton. Neither player came away with the ball, but the ball hit Shelton’s foot and was kicked 10 feet into the air, landing in the arms of Leo Musso.
Always follow the bouncing ball, they say.@BadgerFootball's Leo Musso knows this.

It was George’s third pick of the game, and one of of four in the half. For perspective, the entire Illini team entered Saturday’s game with three interceptions this season. And then there’s this:
Completions to #Badgers:
Alex Hornibrook: 4
Bart Houston: 1
Jeff George Jr: 4

Basically, it’s been a rough day for the Illini.
