It seems Wisconsin Badgers star offensive lineman Ryan Ramczyk is likely to declare for the NFL draft.
Eric Galko of OptimumScouting.com reports that Ramczyk will enter the draft unless there’s a “last-second change of heart.”
Galko also reports that Ramczyk is having hip surgery on Thursday. He would likely be out for four months.
Wisconsin Badgers OL Ryan Ramczyk update:
#Wisconsin OT Ryan Ramczyk having hip procedure today, I'm told. Barring a last-second change of heart, he will be entering the 2017 Draft.

Ramczyk is projected to be a first-round pick for the upcoming NFL draft. The 6-foot-6, 314-pound lineman became a Badger after transferring from Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
The surgery news follows reports from last month that Ramczyk would have surgery after the Cotton Bowl. On Monday, Wisconsin beat previously undefeated Western Michigan 24-16 to finish 11-3. Ramczyk started all 14 games this season.
Underclassmen have until Jan. 16 to declare.
