Former Wisconsin star Ron Dayne’s son, Javian, runs for five TDs in HS game
Javian Dayne, the son of 1999 Heisman Trophy winner and Wisconsin legend Ron Dayne, is beginning to make quite a name for himself.
The junior at Waunakee High School in Wisconsin went wild Friday night, rushing for 226 yards and five touchdowns.

Dayne has now run for 464 yards and seven scores in two games. Wisconsin, obviously, is on his college radar, but, as a member of the class of 2018, his recruitment hasn’t ramped up quite yet. He did take a visit to Madison in April.
“I had a great day watching the Badgers,” Dayne told Scout.com after his visit. “I think the team looked great. Being a running back, I specifically was looking at (current Wisconsin RB) Corey Clement and he looked phenomenal.”
Dayne has quite a bit to live up to within his own family. Aside from his dad, his sister, Jade, was one of the nation’s top prep soccer players last year, and is currently a freshman at Michigan.
Below are Javian’s highlights from his sophomore season.
