J.J. Watt made a special trip to a Houston-area hospital this week.
On New Year’s Eve, a young Texans fan was one of four injured in a car crash, according to KHOU. The report said emergency crews had to cut off the J.J. Watt jersey that 8-year-old Noah Fulmer was wearing at the time of the accident.
Someone informed Watt on Twitter of the heartbreaking accident, and Watt responded in a great way.
That is terrible, is he ok?
Tell him I'll bring him a new jersey tomorrow. https://t.co/jSYhbhxU1H

On Tuesday, Watt — the former Wisconsin star — followed through on his promise, and delivered some new jerseys to Fulmer and his family in a surprise visit to the hospital.

According to KHOU, Fulmer’s surgery was successful and a GoFundMe page has been set up to help his family pay medical expenses.
