Well before any of that happened, Rutgers’ official Twitter account just gave up. It didn’t tweet from when Michigan went up 14-0 in the first quarter, 8:03 p.m. ET, until about an hour after the game, 11:24 p.m. ET.

Tough loss tonight. Back in Piscataway next week as we take on Illinois. pic.twitter.com/w6RWIoXeuT

Michigan won 78-0 and Rutgers didn’t get a first down until late in the fourth. The Scarlet Knights had just 39 yards of offense to Michigan’s 600.
Maybe officials should have run the clock in the second half.
