Rutgers and Maryland made the shortlist for a 2019 recruit on Monday night.
Inside linebacker Mohamed Toure listed both the Scarlet Knights and the Terrapins in his top-9 schools via his personal Twitter.

Toure also listed Boston College, Syracuse, Pittsburgh, Georgia Tech, Temple, Virginia and Wake Forrest in the group.
According to 247Sports, the 6-foot-2, 192-pound talent is a 3-star recruit and is the No. 23 prospect in the state of New Jersey. He’s also listed as the No. 33 linebacker recruit in the nation.
Toure is from Pleasantville, N.J. and plays football at Pleasantville High School.
The 247 Crystal Ball predictor has Toure as 100-percent headed to the Rutgers, though Boston College could be in the mix as well.
