Sanders was Rutgers’ leading scorer in 2017-18, and was the central force of the Scarlet Knights’ offense. He averaged 15 points per game, 4 points more than anyone else on the team. Sanders became more central to Rutgers’ offense in his junior year after already being the main contributor in his two seasons prior.
Sanders averaged 15 field goal attempts per game this season, up from 13.7 as a freshman and 12.9 as a sophomore.
