Raheem Blackshear is headed to Rutgers.
The 3-star wide receiver from Warminster, Pa., announced his decision on Signing Day, selecting the Scarlet Knights after de-committing from Michigan State on Sunday. He also had been committed to Temple.

It’s been a bumpy journey for Blackshear, as this will be the third school to which he has committed since Jan. 13. Blackshear is rated as the No. 38 player in the state of Pennsylvania and the No. 262 wide receiver in the 247 composite rankings. His signing gives Rutgers its 26th player in the Class of 2017.
Interestingly enough, Blackshear is also listed as a running back by Scout, so he should be bringing some versatility to Jerry Kill’s offense at Rutgers.
