Darrell Hazell has one of the hottest seats in college football entering 2016.
At Purude, Hazell has gone 6-30 (.167 winning percentage) in his first three seasons and could very likely lose his job unless the Boilermakers turn it around this season.
Entering this season and an opener against Eastern Kentucky, Hazell does not appear to be lacking any confidence. Here’s Hazell’s response when he was asked “where do you feel good about your team right now?” at a Tuesday press conference.
“Everywhere,” Hazell said. “There’s not a situation on my team that I’m concerned about. No positions, no attitudes, no work ethics, where their minds are.”

The Boilermakers are 16.5-point favorites against Eastern Kentucky, an FBS school.
