John Wooden famously won 10 NCAA national titles at UCLA. But his college career started in West Lafayette, Ind.
Wooden played for Purdue from 1929-1932 and was a three-time All-American with the Boilermakers. Now, he has his own spot on campus.

A guard with the Boilermakers, Wooden was a key part of a 1932 squad that was considered the national champion in an era before the NCAA tournament.
Wooden started coaching at the college level at Indiana State in 1946 and went on to be on the UCLA sideline from 1948-1975. He died in 2010 at age 99.
