ESPN’s College GameDay is headed to New York City for this Saturday’s slate of college football games, but Purdue might be getting the next-best thing.
Big Ten Network’s Morning Tailgate is headed to West Lafayette for Purdue-Michigan this Saturday, the network announced. This is the first location for the show in 2017. Dave Revsine, Gerry DiNardo, Anthony “Spice” Adams and Michelle McMahon return as the on-air crew, with former Ohio State QB Stanley Jackson joining the mix.
The live show will start at 10 a.m. ET Saturday on Cary Front Lawn. Gates will open at 9 a.m. The actual football game will kick off at 4 p.m. on FOX.
Purdue enters this game at its highest point in years after a 2-1 start. The Boilermakers are coming off a 35-3 victory over Missouri, their largest road win since 1999. No. 8 Michigan is 3-0 after wins over Florida, Cincinnati and Air Force, but still faces questions with a shaky offense. The Wolverines are 9.5-point favorites over the Boilermakers.
