Purdue lands commitment from defensive tackle, guard Malcolm Robinson
Purdue bolstered the trenches on Friday.
Malcolm Robinson, a defensive tackle/guard from Massillon, Ohio, has committed to the Boilermakers. Robinson made his announcement on Twitter Friday afternoon.

Robinson is rated as a 3-star prospect and the No. 51 offensive guard nationally in the Class of 2017 by 247Sports.com. He received nine scholarship offers and earned one from Purdue in May. He chose the Boilermakers over Boston College, Virginia and Air Force.
Robinson’s commitment gives coach Darrell Hazell eight commitments in his 2017 class, which currently ranks No. 81 nationally and 13th in the Big Ten.
