It’s better late than never.
For Purdue’s Isaac Haas, that’s the case when it comes to receiving an invite to the 2018 NBA Draft Combine.
Purdue’s Isaac Haas has also secured a late invitation to the draft combine. Am told he will only participate in interviews and off-court portion due to the elbow injury he suffered at the end of the season.

Haas was not originally invited to participate in the event, which is lasting from May 16-20. There were eight members from the Big Ten initially invited.
The 7-foot-2 big man fractured his elbow in the first game of the 2018 NCAA Tournament and was forced to sit for the rest of the Boilermakers’ run. Because of his injury, he is not playing in the combine’s events, but he is — according to Sports Illustrated’s Jeremy Woo — participating in interviews and the off-court portion of the event.
Haas finished his senior season at Purdue this past year and averaged 14.7 points to go along with his 5.7 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game.
