ESPN college basketball analysts think Michigan State sophomore Miles Bridges is the best player in the sport. They ranked Wisconsin junior Ethan Happ second.
But aside from Bridges and Happ, those two teams combined to have one other player in ESPN’s top 50 rankings: Spartans sophomore Nick Ward (35th).
Purdue, meanwhile, had three players make the list, the most among Big Ten teams.
- Senior forward Vince Edwards (38th)
- Senior center Isaac Haas (42nd)
- Sophomore guard Carsen Edwards (48th)
