Down 24-14 late in the third quarter to Indiana on Saturday, Penn State’s five-game winning streak appeared in jeopardy. But the No. 10 Nittany Lions outscored the Hoosiers 31-7 over the game’s final 17 minutes to win 45-21 and remain alive in the Big Ten title hunt.
In the locker room after the game, coach James Franklin praised his team’s ability to “find ways to win.”
“All different ways,” Franklin told his team. “If you look at our entire season, each win has been different, but we’ve found a way to do that. That is a credit to you guys.”
