Penn State fans hoped Adam Breneman would be doing these kinds of things in Happy Valley for a long time, not for UMass.
The former Nittany Lions tight end snuck behind the Boston College defense to score a 58-yard touchdown against Boston College on Saturday.

Breneman was a key recruit in Penn State’s 2013 class, along with Christian Hackenberg. He helped keep that class together amid NCAA sanctions.
But Breneman’s career was derailed by injuries, and he announced in January that he’d retire from football. This summer, he transferred to UMass and said he’d try to play again.
