Saquon Barkley will suit up in a Penn State uniform for likely the final time on Saturday in the Fiesta Bowl.
The star running back will not announce his plans until after the Nittany Lions’ bowl matchup vs. Washington, but it would be a surprise if he passes up the chance to enter the 2018 NFL Draft. But the decision is not as easy as it might appear, Barkley said Tuesday.
Barkley said that there were “a ton of factors” that go into his choice, according to Jaime Baker of WTAJ. Barkley spoke with reporters during the Fiesta Bowl’s media day.

Barkley (5-foot-11, 230 pounds) is projected as a top-10 draft pick by most analysts and is considered one of the best running back prospects of the last decade. In 2017 Barkley ran for 1,134 yards, caught 47 passes for 594 yards and accounted for 22 total touchdowns (16 rushing, 3 receiving, 2 kick returning, 1 passing).
