One of the prettiest sights in college football is the opening shot from the Rose Bowl.
In the historic Pasadena stadium, the stands are full and the field always looks immaculate with both teams’ colors represented in their respective end zones. This season, the Rose Bowl is showing a preview of what that opening shot will look like Monday before Penn State kicks off against USC.
Nittany Lions fans will love seeing a blue-and-white Penn State end zone for the first time in eight years.

In addition to the fresh paint job, the Rose Bowl is making Penn State feel more and more welcomed as kickoff nears. Thursday, Penn State tweeted out a picture of its new locker rooms, which will house the Nittany Lions for five days.
