Penn State students flood streets to celebrate win over No. 2 Ohio State
Downtown State College is alive again.
Penn State students flooded Beaver Canyon to celebrate the Nittany Lions 24-21 win over Ohio State and Penn State Police told them to leave the area or “be subject to arrest.”

Penn State fans stormed the field after the win and the White Out at Beaver Stadium produced some awesome images.
