Rudolph has played safety and corner for St. Thomas More and is the No. 3 recruit in Connecticut. He also is the No. 22 safety in the nation, according to the 247Sports composite.
Clemson and Florida are also warm, according to 247Sports, but Crystal Ball predictions are 100 percent for Rudolph to the Nittany Lions.
