Penn State, Alabama and Georgia.
All three can certainly be considered as national powers in the world of college football. And, for recruiting, each of those schools take a back seat to nobody.
On Sunday, the top-rated player in the state of New Jersey for the Class of 2019 — Antonio Alfano — announced his top three schools.
MY TOP 3 (Alphabetical Order)… I will be committing no later than August 1st!! pic.twitter.com/OWdhPNUHqt

Alfano, according to 247Sports, is a 4-star prospect and the No. 58 player overall in his class. As far as DTs go, he ranks No. 5 in the country.
Without Alfano’s commitment, Penn State owns the country’s No. 36 class and rank No. 9 in the Big Ten. It is still early, though. And, Alfano’s commitment alone would boost the Nittany Lions in the rankings quite a bit.
According to 247Sports’ Crystal Ball Predictions, Penn State has a 67 percent chance of landing the 6-foot-4 lineman.
Penn State currently has no DTs committed as the class only consists of three players.
