Today’s a big day in the world of Penn State football, and not just because the Nittany Lions have former players representing three of the NFL playoff teams in action.
Josh Gattis, offensive recruiting coordinator and wide receivers coach, turned 33, and James Franklin took to Twitter to celebrate his assistant:

Gattis just completed his fourth year with Franklin.
In 2016, Gattis helped Penn State to the No. 36 passing offense in the NCAA, with 260.7 yards through the air per game. Additionally, he oversaw the play of Chris Godwin, who was No. 40 in the nation with 982 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns.
