Spring games in 2018 may have not been as well attended for some schools.
For Penn State, however, that isn’t the case.
In 2017, the Nittany Lions got an estimated 71,000 fans to attend the Blue-White game. This year, nothing’s changed.
Also, second straight year Penn State estimated 71,000.

Penn State’s spring game took place on Saturday and Beaver Stadium was just as packed as it was a year ago. As of Saturday afternoon, the Nittany Lions’ 71,000 number marks the fourth-highest in the country.
The 2018 Blue-White game finished with the Blue team winning, 21-10.
Recruiting benefits were also apparent:
Penn State signed the top two New Jersey recruits (@JustinShorter15 and @JaysonOweh) in 2018 composite rankings. The #2 in 2019 (@caedanw) committed a couple hours ago and #1 in 2019 (@Antonioalfano99) is in Beaver Stadium today.
