LaVar Arrington has not been afraid to share his opinions about his alma mater.
Saturday, he took to Twitter to tell people what he thought of the future of the Penn State program following a lopsided loss to Michigan.
Sunday, he aired out his feelings on a current situation that he thinks is unfairly hurting the Nittany Lions. Referencing a questionable targeting call — which saw linebacker Brandon Smith ejected — Arrington said that it was a “clear moment that PSU is dealing with more than just the opposing team.”
He elaborated to say that the NCAA has a target on Penn State following the sanctions it handed to the school in 2012 and rescinded in 2014.
Just my take on it
I could be wrong about the call
But I'm certainly not wrong about the NCAA having a target on the program. pic.twitter.com/ck2ChF4NWi
