Penn State and Ohio State have caught the eye and are under heavy consideration for 2019 4-star athlete Cam’Ron Kelly.
Kelly visited the Nittany Lions last weekend, so some were speculating he was headed there, but instead he named his top eight schools on Tuesday night including the Lions, Buckeyes, Notre Dame, Auburn, Washington State, Virginia, Oklahoma and Clemson.

Kelly is the No. 4 recruit out of the state of Virginia and the No. 15 athlete in the country, according to 247Sports. He’s also the No. 159 recruit in the entire nation.
The 6-foot-1, 190-pound athlete is from Chesapeake, Virginia and is playing his high school football at The Oscar Smith High School where he saw time at safety, wide receiver, running back and quarterback.
247 has Kelly as 100% to the Lions, per the site’s crystal ball.
