Ricky Slade has a message to anyone asking about his commitment to Penn State.
Basically, don’t question his commitment.
“I am 110% committed to PSU and that ain’t changing! #WeAre,” the 4-star RB commit wrote on Twitter on Monday.

Slade, a 2018 recruit from Virginia ranked by 247Sports as the No. 1 all-purpose running back in his class, committed to the Nittany Lions on Feb. 3. The 5-foot-9, 195-pound back is one of Penn State’s big stars in what’s looking like an elite recruiting class.
According to 247 Sports composite, the Nittany Lions have the nation’s No. 1 2018 class. The 11-member class currently has one 5-star (Micah Parsons) prospect and nine 4-star players including Slade.
Slade is also rated the is No. 2 player in Virginia No. 26 player in the nation among all 2018 prospects. He plays for C.D. Hylton in Woodbridge, Va.
Nittany Lions coach James Franklin continues to keep momentum following a 2016 season in which Penn State shocked experts and preseason expectations by beating Ohio State, winning the Big Ten Championship Game and advancing to the Rose Bowl. Though the Nittany Lions lost to USC in their final game, Penn State finished ranked in the Top 10. The Nittany Lions will also go into the 2017 season as one of the leading contenders to qualify for the College Football Playoff.
