A coveted Big Ten target just announced a change in his recruiting plans.
Donovan Jeter, a 4-star defensive end announced he was decommitting from Notre Dame.
In a tweet, Jeter said the Irish are still his “top school” but he wanted to reopen his recruitment. The Beaver Falls, Pa. native holds a few dozen offers, including ones from Penn State, Ohio State and Michigan.
After praying and thinking about it I've decided to decommit from Norte dame but they are still my top school. I am opening my recruitment ?

Jeter had originally scheduled a visit to Penn State’s game against Ohio State this Saturday, but it is uncertain if he will still be attending. Jeter – listed at 6-foot-5, 250 pounds — is tabbed as the 11th-best strong side defensive end in the 2017 class and the eighth-best recruit in Pennsylvania.
