Conley was one of Ohio State’s few returning starters entering the season, and rotated with Marshon Lattimore and Denzel Ward through the early part of this year.
Conley, a junior from Massillon, Ohio, made 49 tackles and two INTs in 2015. He was an honorable mention All-Big Ten selection.
