A junior at Westerville (Ohio) South High School, Gill is the No. 30 player in the Class of 2018, including the No. 3 all-purpose back and the No. 2 Ohioan, according to 247Sports’ composite rating.
Though Gill has more than 30 offers from top schools around the country, he is widely expected to choose Ohio State. He visited Columbus on Monday after attending Junior Day last month.
Land of 10’s Jeremy Birmingham describes Gill as a “5-star talent” who was demoted to a 4-star only because he missed his junior season with a broken ankle.
