The Chargers don’t seem upset about Joey Bosa’s holdout
Bygones are bygones, right? That seems to be the case with Joey Bosa and his teammates, as Bosa’s four-month contract holdout came to an end Monday and he practiced for the first time with the team Tuesday.
There were smiles all around Tuesday for Bosa, as the Chargers’ Twitter account tweeted out a photo of the third overall pick and his teammates.

So much for the notion that Bosa’s teammates would shun him for his lengthy and arduous holdout.
While smiles were abundant Tuesday, there had been grimaces during the previous months when Bosa and the Chargers were engaged in a contractual stalemate, which had each side pointing fingers.
However, with the contract signed and Bosa officially reporting to Chargers’ practice, Bosa denied animosity between him and his team. Of course, it helps if the aforementioned signing bonus is for $17 million.
Only time will tell if Bosa’s apparent popularity with his teammates lasts in San Diego.
