A recent sexual assault allegation against former Ohio State cornerback Gareon Conley raised a major red flag for NFL teams in the days leading up to the NFL draft but according to at least one report, he’ll be drafted on Thursday.
Conley will be drafted in the first round, according to Bleacher Report’s Matt Miller.

A woman filed a police report in Cleveland and alleged that Conley sexually assaulted her in a hotel room on April 9. Conley reportedly decided not to attend the NFL draft in Philadelphia after the allegations were made against him.
Conley has not been charged with a crime. He released a statement regarding the allegations, which he described as “completely false” and “untrue, wrongful, and malicious,” according to Pro Football Talk.
Conley recorded 26 total tackles, four interceptions and eight passes deflected last season.
