Ohio State may have taken its first loss of the college football season on Saturday — a 24-21 defeat to Penn State – but it has several recent alum thriving in their first NFL seasons.
Pro Football Focus released its Top 10 NFL rookies, and three of the top six played for Ohio State. Running back Ezekiel Elliott is the No. 4 rookie player, defensive end Joey Bosa is No. 5, and wide receiver Michael Thomas is No. 6.
Former Michigan State tackle Jack Conklin also made the list at No. 3
Elliott has five touchdowns this year, and an impressive 383 yards after contact for Dallas. He has 703 total yards. Bosa, with San Diego, is responsible for 20 total pressures during the last three weeks, according to Pro Football Focus. Thomas has three touchdowns and 437 yards for New Orleans.
