Ohio State has moved up the time of its 2018 spring game. The game will be played at 11:45 a.m. ET Saturday and will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
Ohio State is the latest school to see its spring game affected by expected inclement weather this weekend. Michigan Wisconsin and Iowa State canceled their spring games, while Minnesota moved up its spring game from Saturday to Thursday.
The Ohio State game is sold out, and though some stadium renovations mean there won’t be a record-breaking crowd, it’s still likely to be a full house in Columbus. Gates will open at 10 a.m. Parking lots will open at 6 a.m.
AccuWeather is calling for “occasional rain and drizzle” on Saturday in Columbus. The game might get wet, but fans shouldn’t be cold at Ohio Stadium. The high temperature will be 70 degrees Saturday, Accuweather says. It’s projected to be 68 degrees with a 61 percent chance of rain at 2 p.m.
