A day after Ohio State’s dramatic win at Wisconsin, Cleveland.com’s Doug Lesmerises offered data to show just how impressive the Buckeyes’ win was, and just how tough they will be to beat this season.
According to the report, Ohio State and Wisconsin are two of the toughest places to play among Power 5 schools, citing data from Wisconsin’s stats department. Since 2004, Ohio State’s home record is 80-9, which is the best in the country for Power 5 teams during that span.
Entering Saturday, Oklahoma and Wisconsin were tied for the second-best home record since 2004. The Buckeyes’ two road wins this season were against the Sooners and Badgers.
