If you missed Ohio State’s thrilling, comeback win over Wisconsin on Saturday, you weren’t alone . . . but you were among a rather exclusive club.
The Buckeyes’ 30-23 overtime win, a game whose competitiveness was matched by its magnitude and pregame hype, received a 5.6 overnight rating, which was the highest of any game on Saturday. It was also the third-highest rating of any college football game this season.
Only Notre Dame-Texas (Sept. 4) and Louisville-Clemson (Oct. 1) have had higher overnight TV ratings this season.
