For Ohio State, this will likely mark its first test of the 2018 campaign. The Buckeyes open the season against Oregon State and then begin conference play with a home game versus Rutgers, neither of which should provide them with much trouble. TCU, however, won 11 games last season, including an Alamo Bowl victory over Stanford.
If the Buckeyes expect to play in the College Football Playoff this upcoming year, beating the Horned Frogs is likely a must.
