There’s a new addition in Ohio State’s trophy case.
Pat Elflein will always have a legacy in Columbus, as his 2016 Rimington Trophy was placed on display Friday. Buckeyes graduate assistant Jim Cordle posted a picture of the award on his Twitter page.

Elflein won the honor given to the nation’s top center, becoming the second Buckeye to do so in the trophy’s 17 years. LeCharles Bentley won the honor in 2001.
Elflein is rated as the second-best center and No. 80 overall prospect in the 2017 NFL Draft class by CBS Sports.
