Buckeyes react to Terry Glenn’s tragic death

Former Ohio State wide receiver Terry Glenn passed away in a car accident early Monday, devastating former teammates and Buckeye fans. The reactions from those who knew him continued to flow in all day Monday.

“Played with Terry for a year at Ohio State,” Kirk Herbstreit wrote on Twitter. “So sorry to hear this. Just awful news. Praying for his family.”

John Cooper also weighed in, telling reporters it felt like he lost a member of his family.

Michigan week begins at Ohio State

It’s Michigan week at Ohio State, which means the letter M has been disappearing across campus.

In Columbus, not even M&M wrappers were safe from the X marks that are used to obscure the letter.

Barrett up for Davey O’Brien Award

In somewhat of a surprise, Ohio State quarterback J.T. Barrett was named one of three finalists for the Davey O’Brien Award given to the nation’s best quarterback. Oklahoma’s Baker Mayfield and Oklahoma State’s Mason Rudolph were the other two finalists.

Reigning Heisman Trophy winner Lamar Jackson of Louisville didn’t make the cut.
