Steele Chambers commits to Ohio State
The Buckeyes landed 2019 athlete Steele Chambers in a bit of a surprising commitment Wednesday night. Matthew Burrell announces transfer from Ohio State
Offensive lineman Matthew Burrell announced he would be transferring from Ohio State’s program on Wednesday night. Burrell, a redshirt junior in 2018, did play but he was not a starter in either of the last two seasons. He was projected as a second-string guard for the Buckeyes in 2018. “Crazy spring for me, but everything will work out the way it’s supposed to!” Burrell wrote in an Instagram post.

‘No new news’ in Ohio State QB battle
Kevin Wilson met with reporters Wednesday, and though they — along with a lot of Buckeyes fans — were hoping for an answer on a starting quarterback, Ohio State’s offensive coordinator did not have one. “It’s delicate. It’s tough. And it can be very, very fragile,” Wilson said of the team’s handling of the quarterback battle between Dwayne Haskins and Joe Burrow. “But that’s why we have to work together and be honest moving forward.”
