Noah Potter commits to Ohio State

Ohio State’s 2019 recruiting class got a little bigger Monday night when 4-star defensive end Noah Potter committed to the Buckeyes. The Mentor, Ohio, native and brother of Ohio State basketball center Micah Potter  was a visitor in Columbus last weekend for the spring game. Land of 10’s Ryan Donnelly broke down what Noah Potter’s commitment means for the Buckeyes.

Demario McCall highlights Ohio State spring breakout stars

Demario McCall got plenty of action in Ohio State’s spring game Saturday — and it could be a sign of things to come in 2018. McCall, one of Ohio State’s options at H-Back, had 165 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns in the spring scrimmage. Yes, it came as Parris Campbell was limited, but it showed fans McCall can be electric with the ball in his hands. McCall was one of Ohio State’s breakout stars in the spring, Land of 10’s Ryan Ginn notes.

Joe Burrow looks like high-level starter, at Ohio State or elsewhere

Joe Burrow looked great in Ohio State’s spring game. He put his improved arm strength on display, made a bunch of accurate throws and showed why he’s made it so tough for Urban Meyer to pick between him and Dwayne Haskins. Burrow could leave Ohio State if he doesn’t win the job, and Land of 10’s Austin Ward says that Burrow has earned the right to be a starter, whether that is with the Buckeyes or a different program.

Ohio State’s offseason to-do list

Spring football is in the books. As the Buckeyes prepare for the offseason, we looked at the program’s to-do list over the next few months. Yes, it starts with figuring out the quarterback situation. But once that is sorted out, the Buckeyes have work to do on the recruiting trail and with their current roster.
