Buckeyes projected in College Football Playoff

The Sporting News made its (still early) bowl projections for the 2018 season this week, and the outlet thinks Ohio State will return to the College Football Playoff. Bill Bender of Sporting News has Ohio State in a familiar bowl game against a familiar opponent. Bender projects Ohio State will face Clemson in the Cotton Bowl in one of the CFP semifinals. Bender predicts Alabama against Oklahoma in the other semifinal with Clemson and the Crimson Tide meeting in the title game. The full list of bowl game projections can be found here.
