Kentucky announces that it will play two games in Las Vegas in the 2019-20 season: vs. Utah on Dec. 18 and vs. Ohio State on Dec. 21 in the CBS Sports Classic. I would like to thank whoever set up this several-day Vegas trip for me. (Cats will also host Utah at Rupp this Dec. 15)

Ohio State will face UCLA this December for the 2018 CBS Sports Classic in Chicago. The event has become a staple on the Buckeyes’ nonconference slate in recent seasons. They fell to North Carolina in New Orleans during the 2017 CBS Sports Classic.
Ohio State went 25-9 in 2017-18, Chris Holtmann’s first season in Columbus. The Buckeyes were 15-3 in Big Ten play and reached the second round of the 2018 NCAA Tournament before falling to Gonzaga.
