As Tom Herman builds his staff at Texas, it looks like he’s added a familiar face.
Former Ohio State quarterback Kenny Guiton will be a wide receiver quality coach for the Longhorns under Herman, according to his twitter bio.
Guiton was a quarterback for the Buckeyes when Herman was the team’s offensive coordinator. He also was a grad assistant at Houston on Herman’s staff for the last two seasons.
Guiton, a Houston native, served as a backup for most of his Ohio State career behind Terrelle Pryor and Braxton Miller. He appeared in 22 games between 2010 and 2013 and threw for 893 yards and 16 touchdowns.
