Kareem Felder never enrolled at Ohio State, but he’ll stay in Ohio.
The 3-star recruit in the class of 2016 will play at Toledo, according to WTOL’s Jordan Stack. While he wasn’t highly rated, Felder held offers from Clemson, Alabama and Nebraska, among others, coming out of Franklin High in Baltimore.

Felder signed his letter of intent with the Buckeyes but academic issues prevented him from enrolling. He had committed to Virginia Tech before flipping to Ohio State.
Felder was the No. 810 player and No. 77 cornerback in the country in the class of 2016.
